Specific settings for the FACEASiT 'clinic version

Go to Preferences to configure default settings.

Actions

Click on the “+file” button to save the treatment and name it after the consultant. If the consultant does not yet exist in your database, click on the “New” button in the list that drops down from the name field. If your database is very full, use the search field to reduce the list.

It is important to fill in all the fields correctly and to take a photograph of the consultant to gauge improvements in the future.

This button offers a menu with a list of all the consultants stored. Click on a name to enter that person’s file. Their latest treatment is at the top of the patient history.

We recommend not using names of pathologies to prevent future confusion; it would be absurd to create a catalogue of treatments when you have a treatment calculator. Each patient is different; be creative, listen, analyse and use FACEASiT for inspiration.

Tabs

Private comments

This field allows the therapist to write comments you do not want to share with the patient. They will not be included in the email.

Shared observations

In the field of the “Obs.” tab, you can introduce any observations you wish to share with the patient. The title that appears is the symptom chosen to create the file.

Shared pointersThe “Pointers” tab lets you modify the list of tools recommended for the treatment.

FACEASiT’clinic proposes all the most suitable tools for the complaint, but it is the therapist who decides which to use. To modify the list, click on the tool you wish to exclude or include. The text of the directions for use automatically adapts to the new selection.

Click on the field to display the keyboard and modify it.

Record the gender of the consultant.

Portrait of the consultant. Click on the outline to take a photo of the consultant with the camera on your iPad.

Blood pressure: if the consultant has blood pressure problems, these must be indicated to avoid undesired alterations. Dien Chan is very effective, and we recommend that you do not stimulate points that present contraindications.

Yin - yang: every disorder has two versions. The FACEASiT application proposes a most usual version of the chosen treatment. If, as therapist, you think you are looking at a different version, change from yin to yang or vice versa to enable the proposed tools to adapt better to the situation.

Patient history

The “Hist.” button lets you consult the list of all the treatments assigned to the personal file in question. Select a treatment to view it.

To erase a treatment from the list, swipe it and the red label will appear.

Face - body: again, if, as therapist, you think you can optimize the result by treating the body and/or just the face, you can change this option to adapt the list of proposed tools.

Pregnancy: there are many points with a contraindication if the consultant is pregnant. When you activate this option, FACEASiT shows in grey which points are contraindicated for treatment.

The “Hist.” button

This button shows you the list of all the treatments under way assigned to the consultant. Select the desired treatment to view it. Swipe a treatment on the list to erase it.

Modify the treatment formula. FACEASiT lets you design and modify treatments. The list of BQCpoints involved appears in this section. When the patient file is concealed from view, this button shows the formula in a white box.

The formula editing button becomes data editing to show the consultant file. The same button serves to conceal the horizontal formula box when the patient file is hidden. In this way, we can send the map of points with or without a formula.

BQCpoint formula box

The elongated box shows the full treatment formula. The important points are marked in maroon in the formula and allow you to create the map of reflex points; easier to use than the map of BQCpoints for the consultant.

Contraindicated points: according to the options of blood pressure and pregnancy, the contraindicated points are shown in small grey font.

delete   To delete a BQCpoint from the treatment, swipe the line displaying the point. This red button will appear, allowing you to remove the BQCpoint from the formula.

Add a point to the treatment: this green button lets you add a point to your formula.

Highlight a specific point: this button lets you highlight an important point and generate the green reflex area on the simplified map.

This button allows you permanently to erase the personal file and all associated treatments. To erase a treatment from the list, open the history and swipe it.
